TrendMerch operates dynamic preorder drops. By purchasing a preorder variant, you agree that your merchandise is produced as part of a batch after the drop close date.

Materials, decoration methods, and production time vary by merchandise type and are shown on the relevant product or drop page. The stated delivery window governs that run. Preorder sales cannot be modified after the drop close date.

We accept manual mobile banking payments via bKash and Nagad. When checking out a preorder product, you are required to submit the transaction ID (txID) and sender mobile number.

Our operators verify submissions on the operations dashboard within 12-24 hours. Unverified transaction records or non-payments will result in automatic order cancellation. COD (Cash on Delivery) is strictly reserved for Ready Stock products.

All ready stock orders are booked and shipped within 24 hours of admin confirmation. Preorders ship in batches immediately when custom manufacturing finishes.

• Inside Dhaka City: 80 BDT flat rate (24-48 hrs delivery for Ready Stock)
• Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT flat rate (3-5 days delivery for Ready Stock)

We offer free returns or exchanges when merchandise has a manufacturing defect, damaged materials or decoration, or an incorrect variant dispatch. You must report issues to our support channels within 48 hours of delivery.

For option-selection exchanges, the product must be unused, unworn where applicable, with original tags and packaging, and reported within 3 days. Return shipping courier fees inside or outside Dhaka must be paid by the customer.
